Pioneer Foods used Sabine Frielinghaus in a big and very important project that involved a lot of consolidation and coordination between diverse groups of people who all had their own preconceived ideas.

The project involved appointing an outside contractor as a dedicated service provider with the annual values of the contract at R180m. Sabine coordinated this project in a very professional way and the implementation took place on time according to timelines which was seven months from first brief to final implementation.
